Invest Fund Management has a License to carry out activities as a management company issued by the Bulgarian FSC. Decision № 290 - ABM, dated 14-Feb-2007.
About us
In 2012 Investbank and Festa Holding sold their controlling stake in the Company. It was purchased by a group of individual investors, including Nicolay Mayster and Miroslav Sevlievski. Mr. Canko Kolovski, CEO of the Company from its establishment, remained a shareholder.
The Company capital was increased from BGN 270,000 to BGN 405,000.
Management body
The Company is managed by a Board of Director which consists of:

- Iva Mitkova
- Valentin Angelov
Alexander Mayster, CEO and Stela Zheleva, a procurator represent the Company together.
